Bismark Navas is the Co-Founder of Travel Event Staffing (TES), a premier event logistics and staffing company that supports high-profile clients across the United States. With over a decade of hands-on experience in event operations, Bismark has managed everything from large-scale sporting events and luxury brand activations to corporate conferences and VIP movements.
Throughout his career, Bismark has worked with global names such as Chanel, Samsung, and UFC, as well as major events from the Super Bowl to international Chess Championships . He is known for his ground-level expertise, managing transportation, and resolving challenges in real time—while also leading teams with structure and discipline.
Driven by a passion for service and detail, Bismark focuses on ensuring that every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. His philosophy is simple: the best logistics go unnoticed by guests but are felt in the smoothness of the experience.

Liz Fox is the Co-Founder of Travel Event Staffing (TES), bringing over 17 years of expertise in the travel, hospitality, and event industries. Before launching TES, Liz built her career as a Hotel Director for leading all-inclusive resorts, where she specialized in hosting large-scale events, international conferences, and FAM trips for U.S.-based travel agencies.
Her career has been defined by her ability to merge the worlds of travel and event management—overseeing hotel operations, orchestrating complex logistics, and curating seamless guest experiences. Liz has collaborated with travel professionals, corporate groups, and global brands, consistently ensuring events are executed with precision and creativity.
As a seasoned travelpreneur, Liz is passionate about providing best-in-class service to TES clients. She thrives on transforming complex logistical challenges into smooth, memorable experiences. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and fostering strong partnerships with both clients and suppliers.
